We will handle the search for a suitable apartment or villa in the Marbella area and guide your client through the entire purchase process.

Clients buying property in Spain do not pay a buyer’s commission. Therefore, when using our real estate services, your clients will never be charged a commission on the purchase of a property.

After the completion of the transaction, in accordance with the terms of the agreement, we will pay you an agreed share of our commission received from the seller’s side.We encourage you to contact us.
